Dura-Bright ® is not a coating, but a surface treatment that penetrates the aluminium and becomes an integral part of the wheel. It will not chip, crack, peel or corrode, like conventional coatings do. The Dura-Bright ® treatment is available in most Alcoa wheel sizes.

It has the benefit of being an easy clean wheel. You enjoy the beautiful finish that Alcoa have become famous for but there is no polishing is involved to keep the wheels looking in pristine condition.

The latest Dura-Bright finish is the Dura-Bright ® EVO, these wheels distinguish themselves from the earlier Dura-Bright ® wheels with XBR technology through an enhanced hydrofluoric acid resistance: 2-3 times improvement and a much higher chemical resistance: pH levels widened from 5-9 to 2-12.
